17th Annual Canstruction Rochester — Canned Food Sculptures at The Strong Through October 31

Eleven Rochester-area teams have built towering sculptures made entirely from canned food at The Strong National Museum of Play — and right now, you can walk among them and vote for your favorite. This year's theme is "Oh, the Places You CAN Go," drawing on the characters and places of beloved children's books. When the competition closes October 31, every last can goes to neighbors in need.

Date: Through Saturday, October 31, 2026 Time: During regular Strong Museum hours Location: The Strong National Museum of Play, One Manhattan Square, Rochester, NY Cost: Free with museum admission
