Village of Pittsford Board of Trustees — Regular Meeting, August 11, 2026
Correction: An earlier version of this article said copies of the draft local law and the special permit application are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for inspection between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, omitting that both public hearing notices also state the documents are available on the Village website. The agenda and the full meeting packet are posted online under Agendas and Packets, and the signed special permit application appears on pages 22 and 23 of the packet — those two pages are a scanned image rather than searchable text, which is why a search of the PDF does not find them. We regret the error.

Town of Pittsford's Road Crew Just Made History: Inside the Town's First-Ever Union
Correction: Earlier versions of this article included two illustrations that showed Pittsford Village Hall in the background. This story concerns Town of Pittsford employees, not the Village. Those images have been replaced with imagery depicting Town of Pittsford municipal buildings. The text of the article was unchanged. We regret any confusion.

Fourth of July Parade in Pittsford
Correction: A previous version of this page listed a Fourth of July parade in the Village of Pittsford as a community event. No such parade was scheduled, and the event listing has been removed. We regret the error.

Pittsford Is Already in the National Register of Historic Places — Here's What That Means, and What Actually Protects the Village
Correction: A previous version of this article stated that Pittsford was seeking listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Pittsford was listed in the National Register in 1976; a later submission concerned an expanded district boundary. We regret the error.
