This weekend, the Memorial Art Gallery opens its lawn for the 69th annual Clothesline Festival — one of Rochester's great summer traditions. Nearly 400 artists spread across the grass along University Avenue, live music plays all afternoon, and food trucks and a children's fun zone round out the day. It's the kind of afternoon where the whole family shows up for the art and stays because nobody wants to leave.
