The Board approved a special use permit for a new Irish pub-style restaurant at 5 State Street (next to Village Bakery), closing 10 PM non-weekends and midnight weekends.

The copper beech that once stood on State Street measured 5.8 feet in diameter — a specimen old enough to have shaded travelers in Pittsford's earliest days as a town.
