The Village of Pittsford is preparing its 2026–2027 Annual Budget, which outlines anticipated revenues, expenditures, and long-term financial priorities for the coming fiscal year. As part of the public review process there will be a Budget Presentation and Public Hearing:
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 6:30 PM Village Hall, 21 North Main Street
The hearing gives an opportunity for residents to ask questions, share comments, and learn more about how the proposed funds are to be allocated. Prior to the hearing there will be a budget presentation addressing key financial considerations and planned initiatives.

Rental Registration & Annual Inspection Reminder
Residential rental property owners are reminded that annual rental registration and inspection materials are due by May 1, 2026. These requirements ensure that all rental properties in the Village remain safe, well-maintained, and in compliance with local and New York State codes.
Property owners should have received a notice and self-inspection checklist by mail. A separate checklist is required to be submitted for each owned property.
Annual registration fees are $150 per residence, with an additional $10 for each additional dwelling unit. Payments and inspection forms may be submitted online, by mail, or in person at Village Hall.
