Schoen Place Road Closure for Micro-Paving

Schoen Place Road Closure for Micro-Paving

Schoen Place Road Closure for Micro-Paving

A complete road closure from State St to N Main St along Schoen Place will occur to finish micro-paving. This process will start early morning, taking several hours, and affect access for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Businesses may want to delay their opening time due to the closure and plan deliveries accordingly. There will be limited access only from the State St entrance to Northfield Common, allowing vehicles to travel around the back side of Northfield Common to access other areas within Schoen Place. Once complete, there will be fresh painting and striping along both the canal path and roadway as weather allows.

[plainenglish] Schoen Place will be fully shut down between State Street and North Main Street while crews finish micro-paving the road surface. The only way in will be from the State Street entrance to Northfield Common. Once the paving is done, new road markings and canal path striping will follow. [/plainenglish]

Monroe Avenue Bus Stop Bench

Village in Bloom — America 250 Flower Basket Sponsorship

Monroe Avenue Bus Stop Bench

The Monroe Ave bench was temporarily installed at the bus stop by the Little House while the DPW established a more permanent installation plan. The bench will be removed for a period of 7-10 working days while crews prep and finish the site. Once complete, the bench will be reinstalled. We are grateful to our friends at [Pittsford Rotary](/events/rotary-bike-drop-and-food-drive-this-saturday-at-mendon-high-school) for sponsoring this donation!

Bike Rack at Village Hall

The bike rack has been refurbished and will be reinstalled at Village Hall within 7-10 days.
