Reminder: Regular Season Brush Collection is May 12 – October 30.

- Weekly pickup of loose brush and branches
- Must be under 8 feet long and 8 inches in diameter
- Bagged or containerized debris collected weekly
- Grass clippings, weeds, and small debris must be bundled or bagged
- Keep all yard waste separate from loose leaf piles

Plain-English Explanation
The board will receive a presentation from O'Donnell Associates on regulated adult use retail — the New York State regulatory category for licensed cannabis dispensaries. Other meeting items include a quote from Labella Associates (an engineering and planning firm) for services, a formal contract bid ("BID") renewal for the refuse district's Skanex collection contract, and acceptance of new sewer infrastructure from the Westport Crossing development. "Holiday Wreath BID" refers to a contract bid for holiday decorations. Residents wishing to speak may do so during Public Comment at the start of the 6:00 PM meeting.
