Hello All,
Attached is the meeting packet for the July 29th meeting. As a reminder, this meeting replaces the regularly scheduled August meeting, as Steve and I will both be on vacation during that time. At present, the agenda consists of administrative business only.
Regarding the previously reconsidered application for 50 State Street (Abode), the property owner remains in communication with Steve; however, there are no updates or amended application materials at this time for the matter to return to the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals.
