Pride Parade This Saturday — Street Closures
The annual [Pride Parade](/events/pittsford-pride-2026-june-13-parade-and-festivities) is this Saturday, June 13th. It will begin at the Spiegel Center, proceed down Lincoln Avenue to Main Street and end at Carpenter Park. Temporary traffic controls will be in place between approximately 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
State Street Median Improvements Begin Mid-June

State Street Median Improvements Begin Mid-June
Construction on a joint traffic-calming project between the Town and the Village will start in the next few weeks. A raised median will be installed at the Wood Creek entrance with a left hand turn lane. The median will be substantial so pedestrians will be able to safely cross to access the trail on the other side of the road.
While motorists may experience occasional delays as crews work along the corridor, no street closures are anticipated. An electronic message board will provide motorists with recommended travel routes and updates throughout construction.
The Village appreciates everyone's patience while these safety measures are implemented.
